The NEW Southbrook, skilled nursing by Americare, is part of Americare’s decades-long commitment to exceptional senior care in Farmington.  Southbrook has built a reputation as the community of choice for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.  Our state-of-the-art campus will offer private and semi-private accommodations with private baths, an expansive therapy gym, resort-style hydrotherapy spas, one restaurant-style dining room, and gracious indoor and outdoor living spaces.   Most importantly, our current Southbrook residents and staff will call this new community – home.

We are currently accepting reservations for a limited number of long-term care openings and will reserve short-term rehabilitation stays closer to opening.
